TorqTrac serves as an enhancement for the on-board computer functionality on your iPhone, compatible with Torqeedo Travel models, as well as Ultralight, Cruise R, T, and FP variants. This system establishes a wireless connection between your smartphone and Torqeedo motor through the TorqTrac Bluetooth® Low Energy module, which can be procured from both our online shop and local Torqeedo dealers. The accompanying TorqTrac application is available for free.

The TorqTrac app transforms your smartphone into an on-board computer, akin to those typically reserved for larger motors.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

TorqTrac operates with iOS 11.0 or higher and supports the Torqeedo Travel, Cruise R/T/FP, and Ultralight drives.

No extra accessories are necessary for employing TorqTrac with the throttle levers numbered 1949-00, 1950-00, 1951-00, and 1952-00, as a Bluetooth® transmitter is built into these throttle levers. For other throttle types and tillers, the TorqTrac Bluetooth® module (item no. 1924-00) must be purchased. This module is obtainable through our online shop or local Torqeedo dealers. FEATURES:

SPEEDOMETER

The speedometer function displays essential metrics such as current speed, power usage, distance traveled, battery capacity remaining, estimated range based on real-time conditions, and distance to the home location. Please note: Cruise owners using lead or third-party lithium batteries should ensure their system has been updated to accommodate individual battery specifications to utilize the range display effectively. Refer to your Cruise R/T manual for further details available on www.torqeedo.com.

RANGE FOR MAP & WAYPOINTS

The app's map feature provides real-time GPS information including position, course, and speed of your vessel. A designated range indicator on the map illustrates exactly how much further you can travel. You can set waypoints for your desired locations alongside an estimate of travel time. All relevant data reflects current conditions, factoring in wind, currents, and battery status. The map interface utilizes Google Maps for enhanced functionality. Please note: To access range data with AGM or lead gel batteries in Cruises, battery capacity must be activated in the Set-up menu; additional information is provided in the operating manual on www.torqeedo.com.

TRIPS

This feature allows you to save detailed records of each trip including route details, maximum speed achieved, average speed, total distance traveled with or without motor assistance, and overall trip duration. Users can export trip data as a JPEG file to share their experiences.

SETTINGS:

User preferences can be adjusted to display measurements in metric, nautical, or imperial units (e.g., kilometers, nautical miles, miles).
